Then you’ve got this other person who is smart as can be.

She really cares about her customers and wants to help everybody and anybody she can.

She tries her very best to put out products that can revolutionize lives, but she wonders if she isn’t falling short.

Maybe she needs to work harder, or find more answers to give in her products, or just be an even better person.

And she’s failing miserably.

The first guy KNOWS for a FACT that his products ROCK (as he would say) and that he’s “THE MAN.”

And this comes across in everything he does.

His emails, his videos, his website – they all exude a crazy amount of confidence, and customers pick up on that and are drawn to it.

But on her site, and in her emails and videos, she hesitates.

She’s a little bit unsure.

She wants only the best for her customers, so she holds back, just in case her latest recommendation isn’t good enough.

And customers pick up on her lack of confidence and don’t buy.

Simple, right?

Now the question: Are you going to think about this and find a way to use this in your business?

Or… are you going to dismiss it?

“Because I really do think – or at least I believe – that I’m on to something here.”

“In fact, I KNOW I am.”

Take a look at those last two sentences and notice the contrast.

Which one makes you sit up and take notice?

Which one makes YOU confident that I know what I’m talking about?

See what I mean?

You don’t need to be a jerk about it, but confidence and belief in your products will go a heck of a long way towards making you sales and customers who become raving fans.

As blasé as you might think this advice is, I can tell you from personal experience that it is life-changing.

Many professionals get 6 hours or less of sleep each night. They have to PUSH themselves all day, drink energy drinks and coffee until their hands shake, and then have a drink or two before bed just to try to unwind.

Then the alarm goes off again the next day and they’re tired, groggy, irritable and angry they have to face the day again.

But YOUR LIFE can be way different (and better) than this when you start getting enough sleep.

Here’s a few power sleep tips to get you started on the right track:

Don’t eat anything for the last 3 to 4 hours before bed.

Shut off all electronics and even unplug the Wi-Fi.

Block every bit of light coming into your bedroom. Turn down the thermostat to a comfortably cool level, even a bit chilly.

And go to sleep when your body tells you to – not when your work is done.

Get sleep like this routinely and you’ll start getting twice as much done in half the time when you’re awake. You’ll have MORE leisure time, not less.

You’ll be healthier. You’ll get sick as often, and I bet you’ll also lose those stubborn 10 pounds you couldn’t seem to shake when you were sleep deprived.

You’ll be happier. You’ll have more energy. And you’ll forget all about energy drink (because you won’t need them)!

You’ll think better and more clearly. You’ll have a better memory. You’ll deal with stress better. You’ll be in a better mood and people will like you more.

You’ll like yourself more. 😀
